I have been associated with Your Hobart Health for just over 2 years. Starting out as a part-time external Bookkeeper and joining the organisation in Apr 24 as a full-time employee as CFO.
My working background has primarily based in the sector of Accounts Officer, including recently over six years with a local accounting firm with experience in all aspects of Accounts Payable, Receivable, Payroll, Budgeting, Corporate Governance, Tax reporting obligations. My experience has been across various business structures and classifications. I have Diploma of Business Management, Associate Diploma of Business (Accounting).
The desire is to work within a team orientated to the same goals and outcomes for the business, including working through the challenges of business expansion by applying the skills I have gained over numerous years to showcase, enhance, learn from others in the team including all staff members, external professionals, Management and Stakeholders.
In this role I am in the position to influence key financial decisions and seeing those decisions turn into tangible results.
